Scott, I have been very impressed with the Integra DHC 80.3. It is very nice.
I have to say the sound quality is amazing. So much detail and control. I am very happy with the investment. It Gives full control of the sub which is nice. Super low, just a crazy floor rumble at times in movies adds such depth. I feel the Sunfire sub is very musical as well, where many subs are not.

Dear Image Tech Design,
Thank you for taking care of the problem I had with properly attaching my DVD recorder/VCR to my new HD TV. When the installation guys from the store I bought the TV from (Best Buy) merely inputted my recorder into the TV, so that it would only play back tapes or DVD discs, I was a bit dismayed. So I called Image Tech Design and they sent Scott out to re-install it. He not only reattached it so that it receives the channel signals and now records as it should, but I am also confident that he has hooked it up the best way possible. In addition to that, he spent quite a while with me, answering my questions and giving me helpful information, as the world of HD equipment is new to me, in terms of being an owner and user of this technology.

As you know I also had a great experience with Image Tech Design previously in Southborough. As before every aspect of the project was performed extremely well from the design phase to completion.
I particularly respect your commitment to really understanding the objectives of your customers and pursing a solution that delivers on those objects. As for my system, it performs flawlessly and exceeded my expectation in the quality of the audio and video experience.
Equally important to me is the quality of the fit and finish. The installation of the flat panels, speakers and the system elements all look terrific and the system truly enhances the look of my place.
